Practicing in the field of Personal Injury Law for greater than 35 years, Mr. Blythe has decided to open the Law Offices of Blythe, Walker and Associates for the purpose of handling those particular cases he wishes to fully immerse himself in. The large number of cases accepted by his office continue to be handled by the Nordstrom, Steele, Nicolette and Blythe offices in Palm Desert, Tustin and Escondido, California. However, the few cases that Mr. Blythe decides to handle personally are managed at his Palm Desert Office of Blythe, Walker and Associates. The benefits to those few clients he choses to represent exclusively are that of a small firm, little distraction, the resources of his large office, and the concomitant access to his many attorneys and support staff as needed. This indeed is a unique foundation for a law firm and provides those special clients with Mr. Blythe's personal attention throughout the handling of their case. Barbara Walker, his law partner in this venture has been practicing law in California for 36 years. She began her career as an associate attorney with the Law Firm of Arthur Sherman in Beverly Hills, California and held the position of Managing Attorney for the entire firm. There she controlled the day to day activities of the firm and supervised it's many attorneys, a large support staff along with law clerks, paralegals and secretaries. Ms. Walker handled all area's of personal injury law from, court appearances and pre-litigation to the management of complex litigation cases. Presently, she manages the practice of Blythe, Walker and Associates and akin to Mr. Blythe devotes her time and attention to the small number of cases this firm accepts.
