I have used GEA for repairs and recently purchase a vehicle. I found the sales experience relaxed and easy, not in my face like BIG dealers. Repairs have been done in a timely fashion with little variance in the amount of money I was quoted. I have to say overall I am happy with the good experiences I have had at GEA. I love the way it is big enough for repair and sales but small enough that they remember me!
After my car sat in the same spot for over a week I went to pick it up, the quote seemed a little high for the issue so I paid the 107$ fee (to look at the car). When I went to pick up my name wasn't even in the system, after about 30 minutes of them not knowing what was going on I got my car back. I drove it home and noticed that when I parked it that the emblem on the back had been snapped off and thrown in the trunk (emblem was on a week ago I can assure you). When I went back to confront Gus he got very animiated (very loud and defensive right from the begining) and told me that he would not do anything to resolve the situation and that he has hundreds of cars on the lot with perfectly fine emblems, safe to say I will never be back, really hope they work on their comunication skills
Gus and his staff are professional, attentive and caring. I have purchased 3 cars over the last 3 years from Gus and I am completely satisfied with the whole process. Any problems that arose were immediately resolved by GEA and its staff. Thanks for making your hometown business one of the best around for buying a vehicle.
