This morning, Sunday, 29 JAN 2017 I had the misfortune of being served by the manager, no name, but he was wearing a brown shirt who screwed not just the order but lacked the courage and leadership to be honest blaming the girl who took the order while I proceeded thru the drive-thru. My order was simple, large breakfast with 2-coffee’s, 7-creams and 5-sugars and please make sure those coffees are placed in a cup holder. I repeated the need for a cup holder. When I drove up to the receiving widow I immediately notice a young man wearing a brown shirt, not the typical McD employee shirt. He rambled an order I said wasn’t mine. When he finally figured out which order was mine he offered me a single coffee 7/7. I said no, I had 2-coffees both with 5-sugars and 7-creams and asked I don’t understand why he confused my order so many times. His respond was “well you may have told her your order, but not me!”. He then asked me to move up to the next window and wait. A young lady finally showed up with a bag, but no coffees. I asked where the coffee’s she didn’t know were. I then asked for the manager and hold and behold the very same young man in the brown shirt appeared with the 2-coffess. I asked what is going on… How many times can you screw up an order? His only response was thank have a good day. Not once did he ever apologize for any of his screw ups. Is this the young not taking responsibility and accountability for their mistakes as well as blaming others? I am sorry I didn’t return the order from fear of it being tampered with. Regardless I threw the order away. There went $7.48…
