Tony was fantastic to work with. His patience with us and knowledge of the area while we searched for our first home was endless. Tony was able to negotiate a price below the asking price and appraised value, allowing us to have equity immediately after purchase. Tony expertly guided through the home buying process, keeping contact with us by phone, email and text, responding to questions even after normal working hours. My wife and I will always be grateful for the service Tony Garren provided to us.

I have tried to buy a house in FL for three years. Related to financial constraints and having to sell a house in VA, I have finally been able to buy a house. Through all of this Tony Garren has been patiently working with me. I will be buying another house in FL in a few years, and will work with only Tony to find another house.
Tony Garren is one in a million. He sold our commercial/residential property twice. The first time, a flaw in the title dating back 45 years was discovered. We lost that sale because of the glitch. Tony was gracious and support. When the title cleared we called Tony to re list the property. Within a few weeks he brought us a better deal. He did this complicated sale with patience and expertise. He kept us informed and level-headed.We appreciate his work and highly recommend his services. You couldn't ask for a better Realtor and now a dear friend.
We interviewed three realtors when we decided to sell (one told us we couldn't get the price we needed), and Tony was by far the best. He got us under contract in two weeks. And when the house we were going to buy fell through, he found us another in the same neighborhood at a better price. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Tony really knows the business, is very charismatic and has a huge network of contacts within the real estate community. I challenged him to sell my mother's home without loss in a depressed economy and he came through with flying colors. If you are buying or selling a home, I would definitely recommend Tony for the job!!
If you are looking for a real estate agent in the Flagler -Palm Coast area, Tony Garren is the one to choose. He is very knowledgeable of the area and the market. Tony is pleasure to work with and he always has a great attitude. I recommend Tony to all of my friends and family for all of their home buying and selling needs, and Tony always does a great job!
please be very careful when considering using this company....my best advice is to run away now!!!!! They lie a lot and try to manipulate. Be careful!
The receptionist at this company was very nice and helpful, but once things were transferred over to the actual rental department it was downhill from there. It was pretty hard to understand their English, and It appeared that no one really knew what they were doing. It's a family business and they all kept passing the blame about missed appointments and follow ups. It took them weeks to get back to me regarding a property, which was a waste of time since during the walk through they couldn't answer any questions (the young girl who met me there spent the majority of her time wandering off texting), and when I asked about broken/damaged areas I kept being told "no, the owners won't fix that", without even asking them. With the professionalism and service I received just looking at a property, I would hate to see how we would be treated if we actually rented from them.
I can't say how this agency is as far as buying and selling houses but my experience in renting an condo through them was unbelievable. I have never run into such incompetence anywhere and I have renting many apartments and condos all over the SE. The condo was beautiful and at a reasonable price and I knew I wanted it right away.First off, the agent showed up late to show the unit. Then she told me I would have to fill out an application but that she didn't have one with her. She showed me the unit but nothing else. It was filthy but I knew I could clean it since it was such a good deal. There were several things that didn't work but I figured they would be fixed when I turned in the list of things that needed attention when I moved in. That was the way it had always worked in the past.I told her I really wanted the condo and she drug her feet for several weeks before she finally got around to completing the lease and telling me I could come pick up the keys. I tried to get her to meet me at the condo to exchange check for keys since the lock box was still on the door. She refused and said she would get the lock box the next week. When I went by her office to get the keys she handed me the door key and then the mailbox key, explaining that she didn't know which mailbox was mine and for me to just try all of them. I asked her about the key to the pool and she told me I didn't need a key to get into the pool area. I informed her that I did since I had already went by there and couldn't get in. She told me to get a key from the onsite manager and that she would call her in the meantime, which she never did.I stayed with my sister until she took the lock box off but was nervous the whole time about having my things in the condo knowing that any other agent could walk in anytime. When I at last went to spend my first night there, the air conditioner didn't work. it took several days to get that fixed. I gave her the list of things to fix, one of which was the bulbs in the kitchen, there were six of them and only two worked. After several weeks when she didn't get back to me, I called and asked her is she was going to fix the things that needed fixing. She said that no, that they were like that when I moved in and that the list was so that when I moved out she couldn't claim that I broke those things. She finally got the carpet stretched after I tripped over it for five months and i thought she was finally going to continue to fix things.I kept after her and finally decided that living there was just too much work. I told her I wanted out of my lease and she said I could get out of my lease and get my deposit back but I would have to have the condo professionally cleaned by a licensed and insured cleaned, the carpet cleaned by the same and the light bulbs replaced in the kitchen. It was a long list of hoops I needed to jump through to get my deposit back and I could see that she intended to keep my deposit. The sad thing about this whole thing was that I really liked the condo and really wanted to stay there. It would have probably costs less than $300.00 to fix everything and my rent was $600.00 a month and the deposit was $600.00. Because of her incompetence, nobody won. I just wonder if the owner of that unit is aware of how she's handling his unit. I sure wouldn't want her handling anything of mine.
Rental Department was NOT professional at all. Multiple LIES were told. Be careful using this firm.
