Neece Jewelers

I have always been pleased with the service I have received from Neece Jewelers. If fact, I bring repairs to the store from my friends as well. Sorry to see the review below. I do know there have been several situations during the past two years in regard to the family that have called her away from the store because of health emergencies...dilemmas of small business.

We are extremely disappointed in this business. The customer service in the Palm City store is horrible! We talked with Pam Neece regarding an engagement ring. We discussed all of the factors that involve purchasing an engagement ring. We were planning on giving this store over ten thousand dollars in business. Pam wrote all of our information down and scheduled an appointment with us the following week. When we returned for our appointment, Pam was not at the store. Her rude husband (Greg) informed us that she was in North Carolina. Pam did not even give us the courtesy of a phone call to reschedule and her husband didn't even apologize. This is NOT a way you run a small business. They just lost a customer that has done business and has had family do business with them. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to go here! We were trying to support small business, but in this case, it appears that going with big business is the better option.
