I was skeptical when a friend asked me to join the 90 day health and fitness challenge. I decided I didn't have anything to lose (except weight and get into better health), so I signed up and received my shake mix and set a date to start. To my surprise the shake mix doesn't taste bad, and they save me time in the morning rather than making some food to scarf down on the way to work.
