Worst ever, horrible telephone support. Hours wasted being transferred to incompetent workers. No wonder Sears is going out of business. Total con-artists. Late delivery, no install, had to do it myself.

I was fourth on the list for a dryer repair. He had other jobs. I expected about noon he arrived at 1:30. Otherwise, he was polite, worked to replace a bad element and went over and beyond to clean the lint that was unreachable for me. He may have not been able to do this part. Fortunately I had some extra parts we needed and able to complete job. Also was helpful in finding an additional problem that would save another service call later. He worked on fixing my washer at the same time with a reduced cost to me.

I waited over a week for an appointment when the day came they called and cancelled and said they had to order parts first. Over a month later a many phone calls I find out they subbed out my job to a low budget group of guys with no knowledge of my cooktop. They guy was literally on the phone asking which wire to attach the black one to. This is the second time in several months that my cooktop broke. I had no cooktop for Christmas and was cooking on my BBQ. Sears is not what they used to be and I would not recommend them for anything. We are trying to save up to replace the cook top once and for all since Sears will not replace it even though I have a very expensive contract on it.

Our service tech, Mr. Jim Bundy, was prompt, courteous, and found the source of the problem quickly. He had the parts to repair the washer and did so in a very professional manor. I will be requesting him for future repairs because he is knowledgeable and has all the qualities we look for in a service technician. I found this service to be refreshing as I signed up online and receive automatic confirmation for my appointment with several reminders and the technician who came was a delight. He showed up on time,was very clean and friendly and he worked with me regarding the work that needed to be done and was very honest and helpful in recommending a warranty versus going directly back to Manufacturer. Bought a stackable washer to replace my old one, sales matched up my dryer to a compatable washer that goes with my dryer. The technicians would not even take my old washer and dryer apart to see what the stacking kit looked like so they could install new washer. They refused to put in new washer. They told me I had to buy both washer and dryer to stack them although my dryer is only 2 years old, sales matched up my dryer to go with new washer, technicians did not install because they said they could not use my old stacking kit because we didn't buy both new dryer with new washer, went back same day to get my money back. Went to best buy and got my new washer
