        Overall

        Been shopping at this store for over 20 years. They are the best. The staff will do all they can to help. I returned 2 putter in one week and they worked with me to find one that I really liked. No problems with returns or orders. They will send your item to your house at no extra cost. That guy must have just had a bad day.

        Terrible

        To start things off, the are EXTREMELY OVER PRICED!!! everything in the store i can get for half the price in any other golf store. Also when i walked in the staff took one look at me and didnt ask if i needed help and they all gave me dirty looks! I wasnt wearing anything bad... i was wearing a collared shirt with dockers shorts and an ibis logo hat. When i asked for help one of their employees looked to be very bothered when i asked a question about a driver. It isnt like i am a slob that would walk in there with athletic shorts and a t shirt in there. So this is a terrible store!!!!!
