I lived in Wellington with an HOA, I lived in Royal Palm HOA, I lived in Ibis with an HOA and I am currently living in Thousand Oaks in Riviera Beach with an HOA. I'm a licensed contractors so I work with Cypress lakes HOA, Century Village many, many, HOA , Juno Beach HOA's, North Palm Beach HOA.I have been asked to join HOA's for many years no way.

We deal with a woman named Rosie. She almost never returns our calls or emails. No one seems to be on the same page with things. She drives through our community for violations and selects who she wants to send violation notices to. I personally know of people who are in violation every day and have never received a warning. Horrible and unprofessional company.
