I give a NEGATIVE 5 star review! Palm Beach Gardens Midtown Imaging needs to hire all new staff or shut its doors! They cancelled an appointment I had, then when showing up for the next scheduled appointment after taking a day off work they told me I wasn't on the schedule. They absolutely refused to see me even though I showed up at 8:15 for my appointment that they gave me. Was turned away and told to come back the following Monday. I called this time the Friday prior to confirm my appointment and they told me the appointment was cancelled! You can imagine how livid I was! They put me back on the schedule and I insisted they not make me wait when I get there by fitting me in with other patients due to their yet again another error. So showing up for my appointment they come up with a made-up story that their printer is broken and I had to fill out paperwork that took about an hour and I am already an established patient there! After filling out an hour's worth of paper only then did they give me the contrast drink where I had to wait yet another hour for that to start working before the test! They are liars they are screwing with people's lives and something needs to be done instead of this continuing to fall on deaf ears! Will never ever go back to this Center again in any location and definitely writing to my insurance company a formal complaint!
So, I just want to take this moment to acknowledge an employee that I had the pleasure of meeting for my pre-op x-rays a couple of weeks back. Her name is Brittany. She greeted me upon my arrival, I feel that she may have picked up on the fact that I was a bit nervous, and made me totally comfortable just with her kind personality. The office was empty, so I gave her a slight description of reason for x-ray, and there was a legitimate degree of caring on her part, for me. Surgery went well, and had to go in for post op x-rays today at burns road location this morning. Brittany greeted me again, but then said, "Oh my gosh, Hello!" To think that this young lady remembered me, with all of the patients that she sees every day, and it was weeks ago, totally impressed me! Thank you for having such an incredible person employed at midtown imaging! A wonderful example of a caring, considerate, professional in the health field! Thank you again! Kelly S.������������
Very crowded waiting room. Front desk workers were slow, overwhelmed and not very friendly. Mammogram tech seemed annoyed and was unpleasant. She didn't tell me how to get back to waiting room so I had to wander the halls a bit. Mammogram machine clear plastic was covered in smudges as if it hadn't been cleaned often, let alone after each patient. After my mammogram I was scheduled for an MRI and waited over 20 minutes until I questioned front desk who called back and were told that the tech thought I was a no show even though I had checked in and paid almost $400. He finally came out to get me all frazzled and rushed and then put me in a very small and very old machine where half my body hung off the table and I thought I'd get stuck in the machine while moving inside. He walked out at 5pm leaving me with the last girl there to finish up who was the only pleasant person in the place. I'll never go back.
