Bass Pro Shops

Was there 2days ago on a business trip and decided to stop and check out the new line up of reels in the fishing department. The gentlemen that waited on me had absolutely no customer service experience and was short and rude. How is it a company like Bass Pro hires people that are not customer oriented, friendly and willing to help customers that buy their products and services? Worse customer experience I've had in several years. Will stick with Cabelas for all my future purchases.
