Advanced Lawn & Landscaping

Another amazing job done by advanced crew. Pressure washed and sealed our pavers very professional . Will use and recommend them to all ! Thanks boys ;)

In 11/ 2017 I received a nice postcard in the mail from Advanced Lawn & Landscaping for pressure washing and sealing. I called and scheduled an appointment, Shawn came out and gave me the estimate - total at 925.00. On Nov 16th he came out and pressure washed the driveway and sealed. On Nov 20th, I sent him a text asking him to come by, because parts of the drive had no shine and there were piles of sand sealed on top of the driveway pavers. Both Shawn and Cody came by and said they wanted me to be happy and would reseal it. On January 29th I text Shawn because he never came back, his response was "I'm waiting to sell another paver job in your neighborhood as the sealant has a short life - as soon as I seek another job near you I will contact you to arrange a getting a second coat down for you". Meanwhile I was pulling weeds from a brand-new sealant. Two weeks later my brother called since I did not hear from Shawn. Shawn texted and said he would be out in 2 days. But prior to him putting down the 2nd coat, Cody requested me to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement stating that after 2nd coat our business is concluded. ( I didn't mind since the harm was already done and I just wanted to have it done correctly and for what I paid for). Shawn came out, I signed the form and he proceed to seal the driveway. I sent another text 2 weeks later because I had weeds growing the same as before and he spilled sealer on the sidewalk (looks like someone spilled coffee). His response " I talked to Cody. Unfortunately, as I mentioned on the phone there isn't really much we can do. Your driveway has two coats of sealer. Adding a third would just be the same. Shawn. In that case they should just refund the money…. I used this company because of the reviews…. But I am going to have to question the validity the reviews... any business that operates like that is not a very good business.

Very professional and prompt service. Very clean and pay close attention to detail again they do great work.

Jacob came out today and sealed my paver pool deck and driveway and did an amazing job, quality work, professional and great service. I would defiantly recommend Advanced Lawn Care and Pressure Washing. A+

I am beyond impressed with Cody. His response time with questions, appointment, pricing and invoice is remarkable. Professional, polite, on time and great with suggestions. I was a bit overwhelmed with my new home/yard and he was able to help me decide what would work well with low maintenance palms and shrubs. Cody's employee's Tyler and John also terrific and wasn't bothered by my hovering over them because I'm so picky. Even had them move a huge palm tree 6 inches after they put it in and they just smiled and said they wanted me to be happy. Not enough room to praise them further. Definitely use them.

Cody is the business owner - he goes above and beyond in customer service. I would recommend him in any business he is part of.

Cody, Bobby, and Tyler did a wonderful job, on the total landscaping, of my home, at Lamplighter Village, in Melbourne. The job was planned and directed by Cody, and Bobby, and Tyler worked very hard to make it happen. House looks great. Thanks Advanced WELL DONE!!!! BOB W

I called this company and left a message. Cody called me back very quickly and was able to come by my house within 30 minutes to discuss my project. He had great suggestions and was able to itemize everything and give me an estimate right away. I'm looking forward to getting my landscaping project started and will be sure to write another review to let you know how it turned out.

Cody was great. He showed up on time and gave me an estimate right away. His price was super and he was able to start the work quickly. He followed up with me as needed through the whole process and the work was quality.

Cody and his team were absolutely terrific. They completely delivered on a better than I expected landscape design and worked their butts off in 90+ degree temperatures. Make sure you include this company in any landscape service estimates you get and when you choose them, ask to have Jason as part of the working team.

Always on time, except during the hurricane ha ha, but clean, fast and get the job done. Its not rocket science but some companies think it is. These guys get it thanks.

Cody was extremely professional and we'll mannered. Was extrmely satisfied with my experience with him. The lawn crew was extremely thourough. They raked all the mess up from trimming the hedges and the yard looked pristine after all was said and done. Would recommend this,company to all,my,friends and family

I have turned over several landscape company's over the last few years due to inconsistent service, no shows and just down right poor service. This was frustrating at best especially since I was paying these old landscaping company's 'not to deliver'.



At the first meeting I had at my house with the owner Cody, he gave me a solid estimate, showed up early, walked the property, asked questions and gave me his promise to deliver an excellent service. I gave him a shot and I haven't looked back since.



Its nice to have the owner text and call me back when I have a question. He's involved and makes sure his crew delivers on what he promised. I would recommend this company to any business or homeowner.



Bottom line is... they deserve the accolades and every one of the 5 Stars I am rating them for!

The best lawn service I've ever had. He transformed my viera Wyndham home into a brand new home.

I met Cody on a Friday, and he stated that he would have my yard resodded and landscape curbing replaced by the following Friday. I was scepticle to say the least. The following Tuesday, the old sod was removed. Wednesday, the landscape curbing was replaced. By Friday afternoon, I had a new lawn. The price was right. The job was done expeditiously. The workmanship was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Bob W.

I called this company and the owner showed up the same day, the owner was very professional and had a crew at my home within a couple days to complete the job. Me and my wife were very pleased with the decorative curbing they installed. Very good cleaning up as well. Everyone who comes over loves it. Thank you for making our Home beautiful! -David T.
