Mr. Rooter

Dan came out for our water softener. Will definitely use Mr. Rooter again.

I Thought Dan did a great job of explaining my options to me in regards to my situation. He gave me different options and also explained in detail what was going to be done. Very professional and they did an awesome job of keeping their workspace clean and cleaning up when they left.

Dan not only knows how to fix the problem he takes the time to explain what maintenance I should be doing. Like everyone says he does what he can to keep it clean, double and triple tests his work before he leaves. Mr. Rooter will get my recommendation as long as Dan and Michele are working there

nancy from des plaines mr rooter came to our home and found a sewer issues. miguel then came out and told us how to correct our issue. they dug up the sewer outside and make repair to our plumbing system. mr rooter and miguel where very nice clean and professional. we will tell our friends and family to use mr rooter for any plumbing needs! brian and dan where great people that work there too!

Ask for Dan. He is warm and friendly but professional. He explains things clearly and simply. He gets it done without making a mess and will do that little extra thing like clean out the aerators (in the faucets) that fill up from my old pipes after the water has been turned off. I *really* appreciated that!. He is someone I would not mind having return if something else were to go awry with our plumbing.

my name is udo from hoffman estates i had a plumbing issue my grand child caused she threw a toy down the toilet. dan from mr rooter came out at about 7pm and was on time. he was able to unclog my toilet and also fix it beause it was taking forever to fill. he was clean and knew how to solve my issuse right away he was also great with kids! i will always use me rooter and thanks again DAN!

This is Colleen M. from Palatine. Dan from Mr. Rooter was professional and courteous and VERY CLEAN! They take the time to put down a mat and wear booties. They bring wipes to clean the floor when they are done. This time I had an unknown leak in the master bathroom causing water stains and cracks on the ceiling below. He tracked it to the toilet seal, which needs to be replaced more often than you would think! I've used Mr. Rooter before and had a great experience as well. They checked all plumbing fixtures and advised which were leaking or would soon need attention. They were right about all of them but didn't pressure me to fix them right away, so they don't high pressure sell you into products you don't need. I will call them again when I have another plumbing problem!
