Everything Wayne and his crew told me they would do, they did it, and did so in a timely manner. The guys required no contracts from me until they were ready to start work, and of all the contractors I dealt with, they were the only one to not hound me for payment until my insurance company settled with me. They know the process and can walk you through it, in an honest and professional way. Many of my friends and neighbors did not have nearly as pleasant an experience as I did following the storm.
