I am so very impressed with Dr. Vukovich. She is always caring, conscientious, and is very skilled in accurately diagnosing and treating problems in my animals. She is personable and always takes the time to explain issues thoroughly and answers all of my questions. I am an elderly widow and my pets are my world. I know that they are in good hands with Dr. Vukovich. I can't think of any other vet that I would want to go to.

I had the most awful experience over the phone when I called to schedule a home visit for my sick dog. The receptionist was so rude and incompetent. I found another Vet in the area that was most helpful. Would never recommend Birchwood Veterinary Services. 6/29/15
