Thumbs up!I was little worried since I was not able to understand him clearly, but he did a beautious job rehabilitating this pair of leather heels chewed up by my lovely dog. For 30 bucks he did a complete leather patch alteration/shoe shine and put new heels on. Good as new.
This shoe replair shop did an excellent job on my shoes and purses! since dy shoe repair also does clothing alteration so I brought in my pants to be hammed for my second visit and they did excellent job and the price was very friendly. I highly recommended.
THE WORST! I brought 2 pairs of shoes there because the heals were marking my floor at home and wanted them replaced. I was assured their new heals wouldn't leave marks. They require you to pay upfront, so I gave them $40. When I returned a week later, their new heals were worse than the ones that I used to have. They said..."wait, wait,...we fix". After 30 minutes and 3 tries, the heals still left black marks on the floor in their shop. I asked them for a refund. I even told them that they could take the heals off and keep them. THEY FLIPPED OUT AND CALLED THE POLICE! When the police arrived, they examined the shoes and asked the owners to give me my money back. The owners refused and started yelling in Korean. I told the officer that I was sorry that he had to get involved in this. I just took the shoes and left. I later found out that they had called the police LAST WEEK after someone else came and asked for a refund because the shop had ruined their shoes. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
friendly people and quality service.. highly recommended
