My wife and I have eaten here a number of times with nothing but good to say about our meals. Last night I had a Pork shank that was so good I couldn't believe it. We love the calamari, so we got that. The spinach salad with the warm bacon vinaigrette sounded so good we had to get it too. Then our entrees come and are so good. A great meal. Took the left overs home and heated them in the oven the next night for dinner. Just as good the next night. Great job John Palmers. I know you've had some negative reviews, but we've been there a number of times with great experiences. I wish you the best. We're very satisfied customers.

Worst dining experience ever. ...

Worst dining experience ever. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Slow service and the RUDEST waitress ever. Hostess took a long time to seat our party. Called the next day to speak with the owner and the receptionist hung up on me.

Great people Great Food

Love the new menu and constant events taking place at the restaurant. Looking forward to future trips with friends and business colleagues alike.

Try their wood-grilled steaks as I can say hands down one of the best in Cleveland!

Repeatedlly Outstanding Dining Experience

I fell in love witht the dining experience on my first trip to John Palmer's and have enjoyed that high level of service and taste on repeated visits. The food is exceptional - great flavors, perfectly prepared, varied menu. Both the servers and chefs perform deftly; as inobstrusive or as familiar as you would like. I brought a consultant who has traveled the world to John Palmer's. He raved that the filet mignon was the best he'd ever had (& that includes top restaurants in New York, DC, New Orleans, Chicago, Kansas City, LA, etc.). With special fixed prices nights and wine tastings, John Palmer's has opened me up to an even wider epicurean scope. Although this may seem like a birthday or anniversary place, I enjoy it because I love my tastebuds!

Very unprofessional Manager~Saw him coming unglued to an employee~Made her cry

I was up to visit my mother who lives in Quail Hollow are few years back, and John Palmers had just opened up in Concord. We were very excited about fine dining so close so we couldn't wait to try it. It was a busy Friday night and the servers, bartenders were slamming busy. Something happened, not sure what because I was paying attention to my party. Anyhow I look over and I see the manager (a guy), just yelling at a server. This happened by the kitchen but you could see and hear. Its an open kitchen kind of set up. The girl that was getting yelled at started to cry...right in the middle of service. I felt so bad for her. It was busy and than getting flustered like that. WOW I couldn't believe my eyes. That guy was a real A**! What ever happened couldn't be that bad! I used to serve so I know what its like to have a manager that does not know how to manage people, I was so uncomfortable after that!.

The food was just so so. Not great by any standard. I was expecting a great meal. I was disappointed all around. I had high hopes. Maybe it's better now, it's been well over a year.

PS . Our server did a good job though!
