Not a satisfied customer

We were in Denny's last Saturday night appox. 6:00 PM; no longer than 1 hour after leaving my husband was sick puked for 45 minutes straight. I called Denny's while he was still being sick to let them know there may be something wrong with the eggs as he had ordered an omelet, I was fine but did not eat any eggs. The worker who answered the phone said he would let his manager know, never asked me my name nor number. Appox. 1.5 hours after eating my husband was now hungry ready to eat something again. (not only was he not sick all day but fine once everything was out of his system)Sunday morning appox 9:00 AM I was still very disturbed I had not been asked my name and number so I called back and spoke with a manger, Louis, he reassured me he had just done his rounds and all food was at the correct temperatures and there was nothing out of date. Of course I then reenforced to him we were talking over 12 hours had passed and I am sure the carton of eggs my husband was served were long gone in which he had agreed. After letting him know I was quite insulted that I was not asked my name or number he then asked for it and reassured me I would here from the district manager no later than Tuesday as he was out of town for the weekend. It is know Thursday evening and I still have not heard a word. The crazy thing about this situation is late Friday night my husband mentioned to some friends he was considering going to Denny's and they instantly said the last time we went there we were both so sick the next day. We did not go that evening however despite what we had been told we still went there the next day to find out we should have listened. I would have probably considered going back but not ordering the eggs again however seeings I have been completely disregarded not only will I not return but I will continue to spread the word about my experience at our local Pahrump, NV Denny's! (please know this is the first time I have ever wrote a bad review for anyone!!!!

not the Denny's I'm used to.

The service was ok but the food seemed to be of a low quality.
