        Overall

        Purchased a WISMEC FJ200 mod from them and after 80 days or so the device had an error when charging "Battery is too cold" so the device would no longer charge. Zootie's would not replace the item or offer a discount on a like replacement product. They told me to contact WISMEC for warranty service. Well WISMEC only offers a 90 day warranty if you purchase directly from them, not form a reseller.... so now I stuck with a brick.
