My son work there found another job more hours. Now they holding his last check. Sad when you work for company and they want to be mean for you better yourself. If they do this to employee, what would they do to the customer. Poor mangement skills.
No organization to food. It's just piled into a big bag. Staff will argue with you about your missing items demanding to open everything spilling toppings out and letting food get ice cold. Phone number to the store is for a fax machine. You're lucky getting 1 sauce per 2 items with big orders. They slap the food together so stuff like sour cream is on one side only.For the past 4 months, I have maybe had 33% luck with getting a good taco bell experience.
They were so accommodating! They called in more employees to serve 42 band kids. They gave our bus driver a free meal and the also gave us a case of napkins for our bus when a kid spilled a soda. After all the kids were finished eating the manager walked out to our bus and thanked us for coming in. What are wonderful bunch of employees!
went to this at approximately 7 pm after taking my order and running my card they came to me and told me they were out of taco meat which puzzled me but then not let the cashier know that they were so now they had to rerun my card to put the money back on there. The manager after doing that began to tell me it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait keep in mind there were several customers behind me that were waiting for service as well I got to the point that I ask for a corporate number that took about 15 minutes to find because the manager wasn't capable of doing that either she sent a very sweet young man I felt so sorry for him none of this was his fault it was the managers and the kitchen staff there was mold on the floors under the metal tables that they prepared food on the metal cabinets were also so disgusting health department needs to visit this store and shut it down the manager was dropping open food boxes on the nasty floor then putting food in them I will never return to this store again and I would advise nobody else to go either
Tried gong here twice, two years apart and the ice cream machine was broken both times. Really, Sonic with no ice cream?? We think the B health score rating on the door actually stands for BROKEN!!! Save your time and go down the road to DQ if you want ice cream.
Ordered a number 4 asked for no tomatto. Came with tomatto and was missing the bacon. Pickels werent even on the sandwich not to mention it was cold. Poor quality of food and they even read it back to me
Possibly the worst Burger King in Kentucky. Every time we go there I say never again, but my son works there. :)
This is a charming little place with great burgers and just the right amount of nostalgia!
The service is great though they tend to rush a little to much through the drive thru. Be sure to check your bags to make sure you have everything. All in all great place, great people, and good service.
I like this bk more than the other fast food in lone oak.
