They took my money and my Xbox then didn't bother to call me when they went out of business! Appearently they shipped their gear to some store in Illinois (again without telling me) and won't even refund my money. It has been 2 months of dealing with the different stores to try and find my Xbox and they keep saying they will send it but there it sits on their shelf. The absolute worst costumer service of my entire life. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau in the near future if this continues.
