Caroline's Pampered Pet Motel

I couldn't be more pleased with Caroline's. Honestly, they are the only place I can trust that will take care of my little man. Thank you for putting up with Wilson for the last year!!

Our two Papillons went to Caroline's every weekend last summer & fall when we went to the lake. We will be using Caroline's every weekend again this summer when we start going to the lake this year. The staff is very professional & our puppies love the staff there. The staff always know the dogs by their names & you can tell our dogs enjoy everyone there. We would recommend them to all our friends who have dogs. The hours are great too. We have nothing but great things to say about Caroline's!!

Caroline's is my day care of choice! They have an excellent crew and convenient hours. My dog's tail starts wagging as soon as he can see the building from the car! 5 stars!

We have taken our dogs twice to this kennel. First time, we were contacted, while they were there, that a virus was going around and our dogs caught it. They took them to the vet and were put on antibiotics. This second time, we picked up our dogs on Monday. One of our dogs has been vomiting with diarrhea since that night. Took her to the vet today and she is now on IV fluids and antibiotics. Taking another dog back to the vets tonight because she has now started with the same symptoms. This kennel has now cost us over $500 in vet bills. BEWARE!!

Caroline's has been my kennel of choice for my dogs (and my cat once upon a time), and I and my dogs have nothing but good things to say/bark about this business. Caroline has an excellent crew that knows how and what to do in all circumstances, including how to handle seizures when one of my little dogs was experiencing problems. In particular, their care is so excellent that my little rescue Chihuahua, Zooey, who has issues (very fearful, hides, shakes at loud noises, etc.), comes home from Caroline's much improved every time she visits. Their intense one-on-one loving attention when they see a troubled little one like Zooey is beyond believing. All of the staff genuinely love dogs - and that translates to great care.

I have never had any issues with my baby girl! She is a puppy Great Dane and she is always well taking care off by the staff. She has a ball and has tons of 4 legged friends! The hours are very convenient and I can go to work or head out for the weekend and have peace of mind she is safe and will be taking care off. I give caroline's a 5 star rating! You won't regret it!

After leaving my boxer at this place for 2 nights she will not be returning there. When I got her in the car I noticed the pads of her feet were bleeding. They were raw and had cuts on them. After speaking with the people there they didn't know what happened to her. I do not believe this and didn't appreciate how my baby was cared for there. Will not be returning!

When searching for a professional and clean home away from home for "the girls", I found it at Caroline's Pampered Pets. I have looked at several establishments locally and the first thing that I notice upon entering, is the strong smell of urine! Caroline's smelled clean and the kennels looked as if they were well attended. The staff that greeted me, was professional and immediately gave me the tour and explained everything in detail. I have booked for this upcoming weekend! Thanks!

We have started taking our Yorkie there and absolutely love it! When we go to check him in, they know him by name. Everyone is very friendly and our dog really enjoys having a lot of time to play. One thing I really appreciate about Caroline's is their hours. They are open early in the morning to late at night which is very convenient when we go out of town. We don't have to rush to be back at a certain time like we've had to at other pet motels. I also love not having to worry about him being stuck in a kennel the whole time because he is out playing most of the day. I would highly recommend Caroline's to anyone looking for a great place to leave their animal for a night or a week.

We have a small mixed Dog named Buster. We moved from Branson to Ozark a year ago and needed a place for him to stay while we are out of town on weekends ministering. I got tired of taking him to places where he had to stay in a kennel all weekend. We finally found Caroline's Pet Motel in Ozark, MO. This place is clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and nice, and the price is right. We HIGHLY recommend Caroline's Pet Motel for all pets. Give them a call.

We have been using Caroline's Pampered Pet Motel for about 10 years now. Our dogs absolutely love it there. They are happy to go and get excited when we get there. I have peace of mind knowing that they are being well taken care of while I'm away, and that helps me to relax. We have not had a single bad incident there, and I unfortunately cannot say that about every place we have boarded our dogs over the years. They are also a charitable organization and work with several rescue groups in the area. Caroline and her staff there get to know the dogs and genuinely care about them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caroline's to anyone.

I love to go to Caroline's. I thought I would never find a place after leaving St. Louis. We drive from Willard. I am 10, an Eskipoo, and take meds and get individual walks. Since I like to play, I can go outside or inside. It feels like home when they turn my TV on; and I love music too!! I am always glad when Mom comes but ready to go with my Mizzoui bed, toys, snack, and bone to Caroline's. It's clean, safe, and dependable when Mom and Dad are away!!

My dog Max loves Caroline's Pampered Pet Motel. He had so much fun he didn't want to leave his new friends. When we need a place to care for our Max, Carolines is the place to call. The staff was friendly and attentive to us just as they were to Max. Thank you for taking such good care of Max.

The staff at Caroline's are always helpful and ready for my boys when they get dropped off, not always easy with two mastiffs!! The boys are always happy and rested when they come home. Great place for an extended stay or just when you need the dogs gone for company.

We have used Carolines for almost 15 years since we lived in Ozark. We now live in Springfield and still drive to Carolines. They are almost always availabe even on short notice and know our dogs well. We never worry when we leave our dogs with them. Lots of play time. I would recommend this kennel to anyone.

We have been loyal customers of Caroline's for almost ten years. Our dogs have always returned home happy and healthy! I wouldn't say that were particularly well-rested because there is always somebody to PLAY WITH!!! We had been told wonderful things about Caroline's and on our first visit, the staff gave us a tour of the immaculate facilities and explained what our dogs' daily routine would be. My husband and I have to dogs. We were going out of the country and needed lodging for our boys. We live in Marionville, Mo andtravel weekly over four states for work. We started looking about 3 mo prior to our trip to find a place that We felt comfortable enough to leave them with. We made a lot of visits to A LOT of places. These are my babies, so 10 days away from them was gonna be rough. I had to feel 150 percent comfortable. After looking in several different states. We finally found Carolines. We went and visited. They took us on a tour and showed where the boys would be sleeping. I immediatly knew that this was the place. We went out of the country and Carolines texted us pictures of them several times while we were gone. We have used them several times since for overnites and also daycare. I highly recomend taking any pet to them. They also groom. Thanks Carolines......Ringo and Bingo love you guys!
