My husband and I stopped in to this location today because we like Long John Silver and was very surprised to have to wait about 25 minutes. My husband step up to the counter after about 20 minutes because we were hungry. Caitlin expressed rudely to him she was getting it now. So he can back to the table and we waited some more. 5 minutes went by and he is seeing the drive thru have no waiting. We were upset by now. We get up to ask for a refund and we see her walk over and hand a gentleman the same thing we ordered that had just ordered not more than a couple minutes . My husband was very frustrated then. All Caitlin could say was your order must have been goven to someone else. Wrong answer! This was very poor service. I wish I had read the reviews before we went there. No worries no sale from us. We are very laid back and this was just way to frustrating for us!!!!!! Just plain poor customer service!!!!
