Mr. Pittman was outstanding and I am so grateful! I am an insurance agent who was trying to help a client recover her vehicle that had been stolen, recovered and then impounded by the PG County Police. I contacted Mr. Pittman for assistance. At 11:34am I called and asked for a quote and an eta. I was told 45min. and $150. So after 1hr 15 minutes passes I call to ask for an update. I was told 15-20 minutes more. It's now 1:28pm, 2 hours since my original call and nothing. I Text him and said not to bother. I called another company who was cheaper ar $125 and said he'd arrive in a shorter time. Even if I have to wait another hour for this other tow, I'd rather give the new guy my money (which is less mind you) than to give a penny to this company who clearly has no customer service nor respect for my time.

fast guy's roadside, person was very professional, did not take long to find my location, got the job done and was very reasonable with pricing. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend to everyone I know.
