Poor customer service, awful over the phone service and the sales people are always smoking ..........
Bought a truck last night and had an amazing experience. Our sales guy, daniel, was new but was nice and very genuine. Since the sales guy was new, the sales director, Justin, helped. They really worked within budget and gave us exactly what we were looking for. I've never reviewed a dealership before but they deserve a pat on the back for sure. Already looking to possibly purchase another vehicle from them soon
I came in here to get alterations made to a company car. Normally I hate coming into dealerships because their customer service is normally not the best, from my personal experience anyways. However, When I came in I was greeted and assisted right away, Ruby was amazing! She was genuinely nice and professional. She took the time to take me out to the lot and showed me different colors/styles I could chose from. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and recommended options. I saw how the other two employees interacted with their customers and they too were professional and courteous. I spent about $1,300, the job was done very well and I received text notifications updating me on the truck's status.
Just bought a used Acadia from James the Internet Sales Specialist, and it's immaculate! He made the process easy and was very attentive to my needs in finding the perfect car for our family. Buying a car is usually a tedious and long process, this was not the case. He delivered the car to my house with all paperwork completed, it took 10 mins! I would absolute recommend this dealership! Great service!
I made an appointment the day after I received a campaign notification from the dealership and everything went very smoothly and the work was finished before the estimated time, including an oil change and wash!

Edward was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! My husband and I just bought our black Honda CRV from there about a month ago, and he was an exceptional sales person. We didnt feel pressured at all, and he was easy to talk to. I really felt like we could tell him exactly what we wanted and what we didnt want. The Manager of the dealership, was a sweet upfront guy. He seemed genuine and honest. He really worked with us, and made sure we were happy with our purchase. The financing guy....I forgot his name : / Tall hispanic thin man, was funny. He had a great sense of humor and definately made us feel comfortable while signing paperwork. I think the three individuals we were assisted by were great, and a month later we are still very happy with our purchase, and going to their dealership. We've been to quite a few while searching for our car, and this one stood out. Very different vibes then most people would assume would be at a dealership.
I contacted this dealership through email and was very pleased with the amount of business that I was able to take care of through emails. I have a Cadillac dealer 5 minutes away from my home, but when I went there to look at the Escalade, I had a horrible experience with a salesman who was eating while speaking with me and showed other bad habits. I chose to drive out to Oxnard because I felt like I was going to get the best deal possible there and I was right. We met with Ray Kolbe, who proved to us that we were at the best dealership. He spent a lot of time with us, took us for a test drive, and was never pushy. He understood what we wanted and did not pressure us in any way.I still looked around, but no other dealers could beat what they were offering us.After I purchased the Escalade,Ray spent over an hour with me explaining all of the features of the car. I felt like he went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase and felt comfortable with the car.
