You really need to look at the vehicle before you take the rental car. I just rented a vehicle from them to drive to Santa Cruz from Oxnard. About 300 miles. I pickup the car late just before the close. What I did not see was how dirty the vehicle was. The more I drove and look around in the interior . It became apparent how dirty the vehicle was . It was kind of gross I think they should clean and wash vehicles with every time the vehicle is rented. It was gross enough that I called to complain but nothing was done.
