There were huge, loud parties Saturday night that finished at 4 am. Security as usual did not care, same with parking. If you report parking to security, arbors chooses to ignore the problem!!! They do tho because they want people to move in quickly and move out just as quick. Arbors workers get BONUSES for doing this. They do not want people to enjoy quiet living! They prefer criminals and loud partying residents to normal family living. You can see on the reviews how much they charge people when they move out - THOUSANDS. They overcharge for cleaning, painting, and replace Carpets even when someone lives there only for a few months! That's how they make money. :(
I lived here in Cedar Glen for 2.5 yrs. We are a quiet senior couple that stays to ourselves and pays the rent on time. There was so much trouble with destructive children and loud neighbors that refused to follow the rules. One lady had her outside power lines cut which killed her fish and I was bombed by paintballs and soccer balls which broke items on my patio. Management told they had to put a camera in the laundry room because tenants were destroying the equipment and cameras that do not catch the whole parking areas because vehicles were being damaged. . This is the type of people they rent to here.The neighbors upstairs have a dog that they do not take out to relieve its self and does it on the balcony above us. They then wash the urine and feces off which runs down onto my patio and even inside the screen door into the apartment. When I complained repeatedly about this, to the Managers, I got a 60 day notice of termination of tenancy. We had already started looking, partially packed to move due to these neighbors The manager came out and saw the water/urine/etc. and said she would have someone come out and clean the area. I told her we were looking to move due to this happening repeatedly and nothing being done. This was a month ago and still no cleaning done so we have had dog urine smell all this time Instead of cleaning, they gave us the notice lol. Hope they like small claims court. They also change Managers like your underwear. The last one just left for another company and she tried very hard to get the owners to enforce the rules Shady company that does not enforce rules so they can keep the place filled, beware!
I lived there for 1 year and there is only one good thing to say about them and that is their maintenance team. Management is incompetent and rude and they have made a business out of keeping everyone's security deposit and charge them on top of that. I took them to court and won, but collecting is a whole different story. Save yourself the trouble and money and please look for an apartment somewhere else.
Building itself is actually fairly well done, good open floor plan, and good location. This would get it a 4/5. The gym is old and small, would give it a 4/5. Nice pool but jacuzzi is always dirty and half the time out of service. 3/5. Good outdoor BBQ. Good common area w/ billiards table. However, the management is horrendous. The worst I have ever seen anywhere I have lived. I'm a high end professional and expected at this price point to get good service however the service here was worse than places I lived as a broke college student. They don't respond to repair requests. They don't respond to inquiries by outside parties for rent verification. Absolutely the worst management I have ever experienced. As soon as my 1 year is over soon, I am definitely moving.I wish I would have read the reviews online before moving here. Trust them. This place is NOT worth renting at. Please look elsewhere. You will NOT be happy here.
We have lived here for 1 year and it's the worst experience ever. Expensive,really bad service from management,cheap finishing in the apartments and when you move out they will charge you for new carpet and painting. However, they will not put new carpet in and they only touch up the paint. This is like a side business for them and everyone pays around $2-2500 when they move out. Please keep looking.
