In my experience, nurses and other staff members can be rude and unprofessional at times. In addition, for a practice this size, the entire operation should not shut down for lunch every day. Between 12 and 1 p.m., no one answers the phone. Callers get a recording, but no option to leave a message. What about staggered lunch hours, so someone is available to at least answer the phone and take a message? Granted, this is a urology practice. But the bathrooms are not always as clean as they should be.
