Dr Lund found my problem with my right foot in minutes. Broken bones in #2 toe. Surgery was very smooth and no problems. The Staff is great...very kind and nice. It was an enjoyable experience considering all. Just stay off your foot when Dr Lund tells you...you will do fine.
I came to get help with a badly injured ankle from an injury involving a pulled hamstring. I saw the doctor 2 times. I did ask about workman's comp(WC) right when I filled out my paperwork before the initial visit. They said they did not take WC. I said ok but will see the doctor anyway- I paid for my visits. After 2 visits the doctor (who was nice) said he could not figure out what was wrong so I needed an MRI. I waited to see if it would get better on it's own, it did not. I checked with WC and they will pay for the MRI. I asked NMFS for my records which they said they can give me. I then asked if they would reschedule the MRI the doctor had already requested. They refused to reschedule my MRI because I mentioned it was WC and that it would be paid for. The hospital does the MRI so the doctor doesn't even get the money. I was told I should not have mentioned it. They wasted my time and didn't even have the courtesy to call me back and tell me they would not help me. Not professional.and never even called me back with that information. I had to call them.
