Preface: I've lived in Oxford for nearly 5 years and only ever gone to Dipstix for my oil changes.I understand why some feel the need to give 1 star reviews. As you can see, this isn't a 5 star review. My reason for the missing star is the price of a standard oil change, nothing else. I used to be able to change my own oil but can't anymore because I don't have a lift. Regardless, my tires have always been checked and rebalanced, fluid added (and fluid and oil topped off again between changes because I frequently go before long trips to make sure everything looks good, or if I notice my washer fluid is out), my floorboards always get vacuumed, and my windshields always get cleaned. Now, I think $40 for about oil change is high, but I appreciate their willingness to help me between oil changes by checking my Jeep to make sure it's good for a long road trip.

I went in at roughly 4:45 PM. They weren't busy so lucky me, right? Eh, not really. They came in and told me my wiper blades were shot so could they change them out? I didn't ask the price and they didn't tell me. A guy was getting his oil changed as well and one of the attendants came in and told him how much his replacement filters would be. I thought why didn't they tell me the price of my wiper blades? Come to find out my typical oil change went from $40 something to $87. I told them I wasn't paying $87 for an oil change and wiper blades that cost $16.XX per blade. Yes, they gave me a 10% discount, but I'm not going back there. Why? 1. I felt like they ripped me off for $16.XX and 2. My brother just put new wiper blades on, which I was unaware of.
I've been here a number of times, and I've found that I need to do a thorough check after they claim they've done a fI'll service oil change. Only once have they actually vacuumed, they often neglect to fill my washer fluid despite being bone dry, and they have only once actually checked my tire pressure despite telling me they had. And the "customer service"...goodo God...well, you'll see should you make the mistake of going here.
Manager and technician told me that they could not change oil in 2014 Hyundai because they did not have tools to take rivets out (screwdriver). Very very lazy people
When I got home, I checked a few things that they had checked off as "Completed." Washer fluid - added. Negative Bone Dry!Tire Pressure - F-35 R-35 . Negative F-31 R-32Wiper Blades - OK. Negative. My right blade HAS not blade.I hope I have new oil in my car! =(I guess I should not have left and came back to pick up. Do not leave!
