Beware, 6 years ago today Dr. Holly killed my dog while she was being kenneled at Dr. Wilson's Romeo location! Yes, she was an older Lab with Degenerative Myelopathy & other health issues stemming from the disease & age, but that is precisely why we chose her Vet to kennel her this trip (and only time she was ever kenneled!). Using her own doctor was the obvious choice knowing they had access to her medical records 24/7 and she was as comfortable with them as they with her!!! Obviously Adrian Holly (refuse to use the Dr. title for this man), did NOT read Izzy's chart or when she stressed he would NOT have given her a shot of Hydromorphone when she began to stress ESPECIALLY after we had been told multiple visits that she could not undergo surgery to remove a tumor on her eye as they believed she would not be able to tolerate Hydromorphone to anesthetize for the surgery! Adrian Holly not only gave her one dose of this medication, but have it again hours later! This medication causes canines to vomit or lose control of bowels! Izzy vomited, aspirated (after both shots) and developed Pneumonia because 4 yrs prior had underwent Laryngeal Tie Back surgery and Dr. Wilson told us our biggest fear the remainder of her life was pneumonia as it would likely kill her! Won't go into detail about all I did to fight against Pneumonia but we did a lot! It only took Adrian Parker one shot of Hydromorphone to give Izzy pneumonia and within two days she was gone! Dr. Wilson said this would cause Izzy many problems and it did - it cost her her life, stole my best friend AND they presented us with a $1,200 BILL for her kennel and care/murder! We were quoted less than $150 for the original six days of kenneling! Other horrible things happened to Izzy (including them removing her from Life Support before we had time to get there and AFTER we told them to keep her on Life Support so we could be there when she passed!!!! Adrian Parker obviously did NOT look at Izzy's chart or he would NOT have used the above medication or could have been prepared for her to vomit and prevent her from aspirating the vomit! His DVM degree from Ross University in St. Kitts is due to the fact that he was unable to get into colleges in the U.S. for this degree!!! I've seen others apply to colleges and universities outside of the U.S. but this is only after all of the U.S. schools have declined accepting them! Obviously Adrian Parker was unable to get into any of the U.S. DVM schools and it shows because obviously I he wasn't even taught to read the patients chart! Worst part of all, aside from the fact that they charged us $1,200 to kill Izzy was that everyone declined to meet with us the next day to explain what happened, even Dr. Wilson whose name is on the door!!! We were eventually allowed to meet with him but only after I threatened protestors and to follow him home if he refused to meet with us and explain how such a horrible thing could happen! I still have the recording of that meeting and in it Dr. Wilson says that Adrian Parker should NEVER have made the choice to use Hydromorphone to help Izzy when she began to stress, or for any other reason due to health and age! Too bad ADRIAN PARKER didn't take the time to read Izzy's chart that was probably an arms length away! His enormous mistake cost my girl her life and me the loss of my very best friend!

I am so thankful everyday that me and my dogs have such an incredible Veterinarian with Dr. Holly.
He and all his staff are wonderful and caring.
Don't know what I would do without them

I am so happy that Parker Vete...

I am so happy that Parker Veterinary Hospital opened in Oxford! We were able to get an appointment right away. It is very easy to find, great hours, polite staff and a great veterinarian! When we first arrived I was impressed with the welcome area. We were taken to a room right away. No wait time! The rooms have plenty of space for our large breed dogs and I loved that there was a large bench in the rooms for us humans to sit on. To top it all off their prices are very reasonable. I would definately recommend this veterinary hospital to others. Dr. Holly is great!
