Absolute the worst service that I've experienced. Took my Scag Lawnmower in for warranty repair. Took ove 6 week, was told there's nothing they could do and the service manager was not only rude but supplied no information. This guy was a joke and should not be allowed to interact with customers. Will never visit this establishment again!
Horrible service. Total turnaround time was close to a month and dropped off twice w a flat and issues not fixed. Sales Manager hung up on me for complaining. Said I was "abusive"..... I ended up ordering the parts on Amazon and fixing myself. Ostracizing customers one at a time...Needless to say , Ill never purchase anything there.....Plenty of competition.....I should have spared myself and read the other reviews before taking it there, Obviously not an isolated incident......
I took my snow thrower in for service. Waited two weeks and spent over $100. First snow after U got it back it started fine, but the blades didn't turn. Absolutely useless.
Horrible experence! Took lawnmower in for a complete tune up and ended up paying over $1000 in repairs. Brought the machine home and found that parts were installed incorrectly. Causing more damage to the machine. I will never go back. Beware of this company.
Worst decision ever taking my mower there. Paid to have them go through the whole mower and check everything out. Replace blades and belts. Had the mower home for less than 10 minutes had to load it back of my trailer and take it back to them because the belts were squealing and smoking so bad. They readjusted them and told me by the way we forgot to charge you for the original belt you owe us 25 more dollars. Took it home mowed my front yard the belt fell off again loaded it back on the trailer took it to them the next morning they had to keep it for two days before they replace the belt and said that everything was fine. So three weeks or so went by I cut my lawn twice and low and behold it's making an awful noise I look at the blades and they were loose.They did not tighten the blades up after replacing the spindle. So I loaded back on the trailer took it up there to drop it off. I get a call and they tell me that the other spindle is bad and they're going to replace the blades for free and discount the spindle to $100. No mention of the blades being loose. At that point I tell them I know the blades were loose because they did not tighten them and I would be up there to talk to him about it. Needless to say it turned into my fault and that I had hit something with the mower, when actually what happened is they never replace the bad blades from last year. They wanted me to pay for new blades and a spindle. That's when Mrs Stoll started yelling that they would just put the mower back together and I could go somewhere else. Needless to say they put it back together and the mower deck doesn't work at all now. And the best part is the owner Mr Stoll was hiding in the back shop and told his employee to tell me that he was not in the office today. Beware!!!
terrible, they overfilled the oil reservoir of my equipment adding a quart of oil instead of a pint of oil. Had I tried to start the tiller it would have blown the engine. They made me transport the machine back to them, and then refused to let me see what they were doing to rememdy the problem. I told them what was wrong and that I only wanted to confirm and drain. Ms Stoll who said she was the owner, refused to let me see what they were going to do and tossed me out of their store. Never deal with this company! They don't know what they are doing and won't fix their mistakes or even pay to pick up the mistake without charge.,.
I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this place. I had my snowblower worked on there and after three attempts and $300 the problem has not been fixed. They even charged me $25 delivery fee after couldn't fix their work. Completely incompetent
Dropped off chainsaw for repair, was told it would take 5 days before they could look at. I had no problem with that but it ended up taking a month before it even was looked at and two more weeks for repair to be finished and parts to arrive.
Dealt with Burdick Street Landscape many times over the last few years. Always great information, selection, great staff with great selection of parts and trustworthy service. Yes, I recommend.
They just fixed my Generac Generator and did a great job. It was repaired quickly and the only delay was waiting for generac warranty to be approved. Burdick kept me informed about the approval process and every time I called they were Extremely Polite. That included everyone from the operator to the service department. I would highly recommend this company. I was in business for myself for over 25 years and finding employees as good as them is rare.
