        DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! Chris Whalen is an abusive condescending bully. Hes rude and will try to take advantage of you at any cost. He cuts corners and does shotty work. Think about this contractor especially if you're an elder. The lowest estimate is not always the best estimate. He
