        DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! Jason Wolf sold my customer 2 windows for $1700, The color, size and grilles were wrong !!! So instead of fixing it he hid them for almost three years until the customer called for them, Valley delivered them just for me to find this out, Jasons response is to insult me and my customers and then proceed to trash talk me to my customers WHILE his boss and company owners just stood there and did nothing, Chris Henry refused to do anything to fix this $1700 mistake that was CLEARLY Jason Wolf's mistake, So just let your customer eat this kind of YOUR mistake!!?? REALLY!!! Chris close your company down NOBODY likes you or your attitude, your employees or your company, look at your books isn't it obvious, I'm sure JASON had a hand in running Valley into the ground, you should grow some and man up to Jason, fire him as he has earned it,

        Trash talk me some more Jason I'm NOT done here, guaranteed I've installed more windows than you have ever MIS measured, keep up the arrogant attitude it will get you far in this world

        Mr. Bates, Your post has one MAJOR piece of information missing from it: Those windows sat on the JOB SITE for three (3) YEARS. The quote said the color; the invoice said the color; and the BOX the window came in said the color (in very large font). I am sorry that you feel you were wronged in this situation, but the blame rests squarely on the shoulders of the purchaser. The purchaser had three chances to catch this oversight: the quote, the invoice, and the delivery of the merchandise. Three years? There is no business that would even listen to this idea after just 60 days. Once again I apologize for the confusion, but you did not purchase the windows...YOUR customer purchased them. This was not our problem from the start.
