I have used this salon for years and have always had a good experience which keeps me a loyal customer.
Went for gel polish repair after lifting and chipping within one day. After going back the second time for complete repair and next day again gel polish was lifting and chipping. I was not doing anything special like cleaning. After my event I was leaving for out of town so from second repair visit through my 2 wk vacation the gel chipped a little everyday. The same day I return home I went back to the salon to have the gel nail polish removed at least what was remaining after most of the gel was chipped off my fingernails. The technician first put the remover on and left me sitting for over 10 minutes so I asked if I could remove the foil and another worker said yes and just wait. I waited while my technician work on two other clients she came back and told me I have to least wait 5 minutes for the gel to come off by that time it had been 15 minutes and I explained to her that most of the gel was starting to chip off well before my vacation actually the next day after having the repair done. She explain to me it would be $5 for removal and I explain to her what happened and that the Polish only lasted for one day and she proceeded to tell me to wash my hands and left my station. On the way out I tried to explain to her that I just wanted to make them aware that it may be a product issue and she told me don't worry about it never come back again. I think in a business you should never treat your customers this way. I should have took notes on my first visit when me and my friend went for a manicure and pedicure and another unsatisfied customer came in and the gentleman working on my pedicure was talking about that customer to me. I felt very uncomfortable about that. Again I should have took notes my first visit. I will never return to this establishment primarily due to rudeness. A sorry this happen would have been fine, I was not expecting her to say that to me but I won't be back I will take my business elsewhere. Customers beware if this establishment.
I actually really liked this salon and that's why I always recommended my friends and family to GI to this salon. This particular time I recommended my mother she was already skeptical about going because you know once they find a place they like, it's no changing their mind. Well I talked her into going to this salon and now I regret it, to make a long story short the nail tech was very unprofessional. She put the polish on my mom toe nails but not the whole nail got painted, and yes it was very noticeable, much mom ask could she posts the whole nail the lady got rude and after a little back and fourth she finally put a second coat on and told her next time you do your own nails. Then my mom was getting a design on her two big toes and it was a problem with that. Like as long as I have been dealing with this salon, I have never had a issue with anything. This lady clearly didn't want to be at work today which was not our fault but for you to be the manager of the salon you sure did act very unprofessional. I was going to book here for me and my bridal party to get our nails and what not done for my upcoming wedding, but that has definitely changed my mind. Won't be back here anymore. It just makes you look bad that you recommended someone somewhere and get a bad service.
No stars. The nail tech's where very rude, when I express my dislike for the nails. The yelled at me, and refused to give me a refund. I suggest this place to anyone. Horrible customer service.
I have had god experiences in the past here by a young lady technician you was only working while she was on summer break from school. I recently returned to treat myself to a pedicure, full set, and waxing. The male nail technician rushed through my pedicure but it turned out looking pretty good. Before he stated my nails I informed him that I wanted gel nails because Im a bartender and they work better for me at work dunking my hands in and out of work all day. He pulled out a container and began applying the overlay on my nails. I asked him if it was gel he did no. After I told him again that I wanted gel he yanked my hand and said it is gel. He than proceeded to apply more and told me don't worry about it. When I asked to speak to a manager he became upset and called for a manager in his native language. He than pulled my hand back to finish the application. I told him I wanted to speak yo the manager first. The manager came over and confirmed that the container that was being used was NOT GEL. When I told him that his associate lied he told me I must have been mistaken on what I asked for. I told him my profession and that I always get the same service from other nail salons. He told me I should just take my nails the way it was and come back if I need a repair. I could not believe I was being treated this way! Im spending my money for a service and I should have what I asked for. When I asked the nail tech why he lied he said don't worry about who lied. He said he was going to fix them and he began soaking my bare hands in pure acetone which melted the nails. He than began grinding down my real nails to try to get the acrylic off. My fingers began hurting and I told him that I was leaving. My hands looked disgusting. I will never go here again. Horrible experience.
I went to get my nails done today the polish was very lumpy. I asked the nail tech to please fix my nails where he then jumped out of his seat, came around to my side of the table where he yelled at me to get out. All I wanted and explained to him was that I wanted them redone. He continued to tell at me and told me to call the police if I didn't like it. I called the police, who could do nothing for me even though this so-called man got into my personal space (face) and yelled at me. They informed me that the only thing I could do was to sue and that in fact my nails looked like crap. This place is very unprofessional and does not know how to take their time. I wish I could have uploaded a pic for everyone to see.
I have been a very satisfied regular customer for about 6 years now and in fact would not have my nails done anywhere else but at Nails Pro whose wonderful owner and manager is Annie! They are always friendly, helpful, extremely talented and professional!! I always recommend Nails Pro to anyone I come in contact with especially when they comment on how beautiful my nails look. It is unfortunate that more businesses aren't run like this one which definitely puts customer service first!!Fondly,Audrey
I was a client here from the time they opened. I had a problem with my nails peeling and was told it was my fault it only lasted 5 days. I was very disappointed they wouldn't stand behind their service and product. I won't be going back.
