unresolved issues

I have called Sweetwater Pool and Spa a total of 15 times since 06/22/08 re: insulation problems with my jacuzzi. I have been told on each occassion the technician, Craig, would correct my problem with the insulation protruding from the front of the jacuzzi. To date, the problem still exist and the service tech has not made one service call as a result of my 20 calls notifying them of the problem. Prior to this problem, the customer service and service department provided excellent service. I am also experiencing another insulation issue. The insulation covering the bar to open the jacuzzi is peeling. Again, no follow-up with my service calls. If you are thinking of purchasing a jacuzzi or pool, I would be more concerned with the customer service department and the service department of the prospective companies. I will be in the market again next year for another jacuzzi (I plan upon giving this one to my son) my thoughts and concerns next year will be service department and customer service of the prospective companies. Ultimately ths feature determines what type of relationship you and the company will have long after the pool or jacuzzi arrives at your house.



As a result of the above two issues I will have to follow through with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Division to get the issues resolved.
