I am truly upset with the vehicle that I purchased from heritage Parkville. I put approximately 2500 miles on the 300C and the water pump goes out. It has been in the shop now for approximately one month and still work hasn't been done. I keep getting the run around concerning completion. I was a dodge/Chrysler fan having driven the charger for a number of years but now I don't know
I'm very disappointed in the service my 89 year mother received after purchasing a 2012 Malibu from Heritage Buick in Owings Mills Maryland. The salesman was very polite and tried to ease our wait time,he advised my m m she would receive 2 $50 gift cards for inconvenience which have yet to be received. I pointed out there were 3 cracks in the front bumper I was told he would speak to the manager Phil and would get back with me. I have emails in reference to my concerns, and several trips to the dealership. On my last last visit Phil was on vacation and I spoke with Steve who was not at all pleasant in fact he was speaking to me as if I were a child. He advised there was no money in the budget to repair or replace the bumper. Later my husband went to the dealership and spoke with Phil who would get back with me, and that the salesman had been fired, which has nothing to do with our issue.Mind you this car was purchased in June and nothing has been resolved.
