Currently this business only has 3 functioning taxis that are able to be utilized, 2 of the 3 taxis are actually leased vehicles. Both leased taxis leave a lot to be desired in roomyiness. Driver turn over is very high, which decreases a customers comfort level. Wait time is never accurate not even close on weekend nights, communication seems to be poor from dispatch to driver. Most days if not all, there is no availability in taxi or from drivers to use cc/debit, very inconvenient. And sometimes calls are forgotten. Some drivers are more courteous with groceries, other drivers will never even leave vehicle. A few drivers will pick up multiple customers at one time, but are both charged separetly. Person in charge needs to get things better equipped and functioning and appreciate their customers.
I called at 5:00 and was told it would be a 25 to 30 minute wait. An hour later I called back and was told it would be longer due to a shift change, I asked why I was not informed of this the first time, I was then told a cab is on the way that was 30 minutes ago, when I called to ask a estimated time of arrival, all I was told was yes ma'am. I would only recommend this company if you have no issue with not arriving at all or being late and getting rude service.
