Service was terrible,rude disrespectful ,very unprofessional atmosphere ,I was disappointed with service and the way I was treated by the employees ,there was an obvious lack of management and customer service.

This is without a doubt the nastiest food I've ever received from a rally's.. There was so much grease on the burgers they were unfit to eat..the new steak burger was tried and if this is the way they advertised a new sandwich then I don't think it's going very far..the grease liberally run from the wrapper..shame on you rally's.. You have reached a new low!

I was on my lunch... 30 mins... n I had to go to the window to request for my food because I saw over 10 trays waiting to be delivered. They need more help ... my chili dog was dried out.... like the place but horrible service n waiting time!

I eat at this Rally's several times per week. I have only received the wrong item a couple of times and they went above and beyond to make it right. I have only received poor service once, It was due to the cashier being too new to work the front counter and drive through at the same time, The food is always good and sometimes very good. Their new Montreal Steak burger is the best 2 buck burger you can buy. If there are a lot of cars in line park and order inside. Always check your order before you drive away.

This McDonalds is primarily worked by late teens who would rather play and sing to music than do their jobs and often manned at cah registers by seeminly disoriented teens whom yiu have to repeat your order 3 or more times before they get it right!!!! Hire adults who KNOW what they're doing and know how to behave!!!!!! Thanks JT

Burger was dry and over cooked and cold Took close to 20 minutes to receive food .

we have visited this location a few times and have always had issues with either the service or the food. The staff does not care about the customers they serve and it reflects in the food they serve and there poor attitudes. On one occasion we were ignored after we sat at the speaker for 20 minutes then we got out of the car and knocked on the door, we were told that they would not serve us. Crazy part was it was during normal surving hours.

10-3-2012 AT APPROXIMATELY 7:20AM LEAVING DRIVE THRU PICK UP WINDOW. I PULLED UP ABOUT 10 FT. LOOKED OVER RIGHT SHOULDER FOR ONCOMING VEHICLES AND PRECEDED TO LEAVE AND GOT ABOUT 3FT. WHEN I REALIZED SOMETHING WAS LODGED UNDER MY FRONT END I STOPED IMMEDIATELY GOT OUT TO SEE THERE WAS A POWER WASHER STUCK UNDER MY JEEP

I usually get old, cold food here. It's worth the time and gas to drive across town to one of the other two stores, both on Frederica Street.
