Allstate Insurance Agent: Kent Banning

I really like the fact that when I call they answer the phone. I know that sounds weird, but most of the other agents I have had seemed bothered that I was calling them when I needed questions answered. This agency doesn't do that, in fact, they are extremely quick to answer and help out.

I have been a customer of Allstate for about 20 years. I had previously dealt with another agency here in Owensboro, but asked Kent to be my agent 3 years ago. At that point everything changed. I got an explanation of my coverage's, I was able to get in contact with his office when I needed help, and I finally felt like I was actually in "good hands". I can honestly say that I have the best agent in Owensboro.

Saved us more on home insurance than I could have ever imagined. If you have a new roof because of the hailstorm I suggest you call Kent's office. Our price was 1/4th of what it was with State Farm.
