Betty is rude! Never will I ever recommend this company to anyone. If I could rate this company anything less than one star, I certainly would! Poor customer service!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give -5 stars would be GREAT!Betty was horrific She called me to make a appointment and left a message the first time. Unfortunately I was not able to call back due to being at work all day, I ended my shift at 8 pm way after they closed for the day. The next day she called back and left a rude message say "since it's so inconvenient for you to return my call to schedule a appointment I'll call the landlord to schedule it while your not home." So then I called back to schedule a appointment the next day at 2 pm we both agreed on time and date. I then ended that phone call but I was still upset about the rude message so I called back to inform the Manager who was not in at the time and left message wanting them to know how rude Betty was. I never got a call back.When the guy came the next day he came at 12 pm So he called and we rescheduled to the next day at 12 pm. I called Betty back to see what happened with the 2 pm appointment that we agreed on I then asked for Manager Betty then says..... "Lady I am the Manager the Scheduler and.." something else I couldn't understand because she was yelling at me. She also says "You are a rude little girl and you need to understand how the real world works." Okay Betty Okay I know how the real world works and your behavior is not how, thank you!!!! So after Betty says all that I then tell her how I to work with client's all day and I don't care how many times I have to call a person back I would never leave a rude message like that EVER! Well we all know what happened next... Betty hung up on me. Not very professional Betty.I will say the next day David came out to look and clean Air unit at 12 pm. He was fantastic. Absolutely Wonderful!!!
I purchased what I thought was a new Electrolux refrigerator 2 yrs. ago. At the end of March 2016 the computer boards were going bad. April, May and June new computer boards. Then it was the inverter on the compressor, not a problem, faulty board. I called Electrolux and found out my 2 yr. old fridge is actually 8 yrs. old. I was told , "that's probably why you are having problems getting it fixed." I would be out of my mind to buy and pay 1600. for a 6 yr. old appliance. I was told by Kings, "we buy appliances by the pallet and didn't know the fridge was that old." I have a big problem with Kings lack of disclosure with the age of this fridge. The lack of communication with Kings is ridiculous. "we'll call you back." Yep, I've heard that a few times. I have an extended warranty. The last repairman here was told by his service tech that my outlet was wired incorrectly! LOL My patience has come to an end with Kings. Be careful when purchasing appliances here.
This business has been serving Owensboro for 48 years. They have a long set customer list. They are honest and reliable. The owners are the customer service, managers and service dept. If you are honest and reliable they will serve you well. The amounts of years in business speaks for itself.
