Got a 20% coupon in the mail. Saw the ad for Nashville Hot. My experiences w/ O'Charley's has been fair so I decided to give it a shot. The Nashville Hot Tenders were OK (not Hot) but Ok so all was fine. Then, I was ambushed by "Free Pie Wednesday." Which I stupidly accepted. Got the Pie just as I was paying the bill. My dining buddy had already started eating their part of the pie when I was told "Coupon doesn't work with the Free Pie."Well #*&@. I didn't even want the #*@! pie. I wanted the discount. Maybe in the future, you could have the servers collect payment before giving free @*!# so that the customers aren't duped into not getting what they originally wanted.-----------Since last night, I received a response to my feedback via their Contact Us. Received a response that I didn't expect: an apology that included an explanation that their policy IS to give the customer warning about free offers in conjunction with coupons.Completely regain my respect with this response.
We eat here about once a month. Lunch and dinner are both good choices. My favorites are their potatoes soup and vegetable soup, chicken tenders, Manhattan open face sandwich, pastas and salads. They have entertainment some nights as well. In the summer you can eat outside. Great place to bring someone you are trying to impress. Service is excellent!
Excellent food, reasonable prices. My only complaint would be that they need to expand to a dine-in restaurant instead of drive-thru only. The line can get very long at times, with many cars stuck out in the road. That's just another testament to how good this place is. Oh, and the service is usually very fast too.
The best breakfast and lunch I have found in town for a very reasonable price. The service and atmosphere is always very welcoming. Definitely my new favorite place to eat!
