I started with Dr A Ward 35 years ago and changed over to Thish Adams when her father retired and the service has continued to be excellent.

I LOVE this office. My daughter and myself both see Dr. Patricia Ward Adams and she is amazing. Very thorough and very patient with my super social and hyper 5 year old. Will not go anywhere else! Amy Burden
The optometrist was great. The man who helped me get my lenses ordered was fine, somewhat confusing on price with my insurance, but plans can change frequently and get confusing. My glasses (I left frames for the new lenses) came back 5 days earlier than expected (yay). When I went to pick them up the staff had decided to lock up early. We arrived moments before 7, but the door was locked and no one was near the door. I knocked on the door and no one would come, they just stared. I tried to tell them that I was just there to pick up, but they mouthed back what looked like "we don't have your glasses ". What would have been appropriate since it was 7 (the time to close) and there was another customer inside anyway, would have been at least to walk over to the door and see what I wanted. What would have been nice would have been to help me anyway since they had to be open for the other customer. Instead when I called they denied closing early. I know this doesn't seem to be that bad, but when you pay hundreds of dollars for a product before you get to take possession of it things can be very frustrating. A little common courtesy would have gone a long way to ease my disappointment. Simply opening the door and speaking to me would have been enough even if I had to come back to make sure that the glasses fit correctly.
Took my exam doctor changed my prescription got my glasses 2 weeks later got them put them on it was very blurry they told me to try them out for 2 weeks tried them for 2 days I seen three road signs at night took them back they retested my eyes doctors he gave me the right prescription I needed to try them for 2 weeks was very rude I told him I'm not going to wear them for 2 weeks I should put them on and see the same or better not 2 weeks later then they changed the prescription I told him I don't want him guessing so they gave me glasses still blurry but not to bad but then I they scratched in like a month they told me they was sorry but I didn't buy the protection plan I'm sorry but if you buy scratch resistant glasses they shouldn't scratch in 39 days now 8 months later they are scratched really bad I will never go there again or recommend anybody with a little research online you can find that they use a really cheap coating for the catch resistance that does not work
I went in for a contact exam. After discussing with the optometrist what contacts I wanted, I decided to stay with acuvue advance. He said but they were "out" so he offered a free trial of the store brand, promising to call when my prescription was in. After a few weeks and no call I went in to find out my prescription is written out for only the store brand and was refused the contacts ive worn for over 10 years. So now im left with uncomfortable and overpriced pieces of garbage in my eyes. I strongly suggest you stay away. Go anywhere else
Is one of the most incompetent places we have ever used. My husband ordered two pairs, single vision transitions and sun glasses. Got back after two hours and there was a blurriness in one lenses. They had to remake the lenses. The second time they blamed the frames. Third prescription was wrong and a lot stronger than needed. Then the last time the forgot to redo one of the pairs of glasses and just left them setting on the desk for a week! The staff argued with him, one lenses maker even blaming my husband saying he was a older gentleman, by the way he is 47! And if you can see out of your glasses I don't think your age makes a difference. The lenses maker was a real smartelic to the other staff as well. Then on the last visit the lady that waited on him argued with him about if he order one or two pairs!! These people do not know what they are doing. There was two or three ladies that were very helpful and nice. We went to this place a total of five or six times and still was not correct. They didn't even remake the sun glasses like they should have. We eventually told them to refund us our money and we would go else where.
Dr. Martin is wonderful! My four year old adores her. In the vision center Lori is awesome. I grew up in a small town and you get the same kind of personal service at RiverPark EyeCare.
Their 2 pair for $79 is not true. 2 pair of glasses may be $79 but u also get charged for the lenses. The advertisement needs changed
I wouldn't go anywhere else. Definitely use these guys!
