Not very helpful place, not friendly, man yelling at customers on the phone, no air conditioning, and you have to show a cuurent utility bill of only 3 days old, our family will not be going back there for any car rental needs.

I had an excellent experience with doing business with the folks at Enterprise on Salem Drive. The car was fantastic and very comfortable. I got good discounts for being prior military and a great rate. I will definitely use them again when I need a car for travel.

Wow! I had not dealt with enterprise for quite awhile. Wow! Could not believe how un-service oriented this place has become! My car was damaged by a State Farm client. State Farm rented me a car for us which was to be a car with power seats due to us needing it for vacation. I called enterprise on Monday with instructions of what I needed and that I would pick it up on Friday. When I called Friday it was as if I had never talked to them. We have to wait and see what's going to be turned in was one response. We have no car on the lot with power seats was another response. I drove down there and there was, in fact, exactly what I had requested but was scheduled to be delivered to the airport later that day. I got the car. State Farm had rented the car for me from June 12th until June 26th. Enterprise called my body shop 2 or 3 times to see if my car was finished. Wow! Horrible, horrible service! How does one give a rating for that kind of service? Pick you up with a smile? Not here! Here the response was,we are really busy! Not sure when we can pick you up or take you back.
Customer service could be improved. The employees don't seem to want to go out of their way to make customers happy. Employees don't seem to be overly happy with their job & they obviously don't mind to exhibit that because it's very obvious. The car I received was nice however I had to wait a while & I was made to feel as if it was wrong to want some what of a selection in regards to what car I rented.

Excellent service. When I came to pick up my car they were very busy but they were able to get me out and on my way quicker than I thought. Cars are always clean and in great shape. I use them on a regular basis.
