We had a wedding going on at hickories and I called to see if they could come and make sure the facility was clean for the next day. Even tho they're contracted (or scheduled) to do it on specific days, they contacted me back, and made sure it was clean and ready for the wedding. Very fast response, friendly and notified us when they were finished. Huge relief for the wedding party!! Definitely recommend!!

My husband called TCSS early in the morning while he was out of town. He explained to them that I was home alone with very little knowledge of septic issues and had black water seeping into our basement. Within four hours they arrived with a truck and backhoe and had my tank drained within the hour of arriving. They even went above and beyond to help me find a possible clog in the drain while there. They were very polite, professional, and prompt. They even were less expensive than what we planned for. They were awesome and I would definitely call them again if needed.

I contacted their office and was told that Paul would call me back. He called within a few minutes and was at my home within 30 minutes as he had told me. The job was completed professionally and promptly. I would recommend his service to all.

Paul returned my call promptly. He answered my questions about installing a riser on the septic tank lid professionally and explained the options. He scheduled the job promptly, pumped out the tank and installed a plastic cover so we no longer have to dig down a foot each year to find the tank when its time to have the tank pumped out. He was the most knowledgeable septic professional we have ever used and will continue to use.
