Every time I go there I have been real happy with there service. The people that work there are the nicest people you will ever meet. It’s owned by a Wonderfully family. Every time I go there the worker name Garrison is always so nice to me and he does amazing work. What a wonderful dry cleaners they are.
Worked there pressing pants. I had a crisis in family involving my mother (90) yrs.old and they didn't care. I had to miss work (2 days or so) to help with my mother and then I decided that I'll have to quit. Upon returning my shirts n picking up my check, girl up front along with Bills wife, acted very snotty to me (like I was lying abt mother), and was very disrespectful. Altho the older lady was polite n asked me how my mother was. My mother has Stage 5 Renal failure n at that time, she had developed pneumonia. So, Bill n his wife were very rude n disrespectful toward me. Also, girl was too. If only I had enough time that day, I would've told him how his employee that worked in back with me (actually she did the dry cleaning ) was ripping the customers off. She steals alot from customers n gets away with it. After all this, I would bring jeans in to be pressed and they would overcharge me and top that off, I would be missing buttons on jeans. I really hope Bill n his wife can see what's going on, but I doubt it. Bottom line is , they'll overwork ya n treat ya like crap. Got 1 hour for lunch AFTER you got somewhat caught up, and from there on, no break. It was extremely hard on my lower back. Also, the woman that's been ripping them off, would tell lies about me just to cover her own butt. They claim to be Christian, I suggest that they need to act like it n live it.
Tom and Barbara go above and beyond! I dropped clothes off to be cleaned for a conference. I didn't remember that Monday was a holiday and had to fly out early Tuesday morning. All of my pants that I was going to wear on my trip were locked up at the shop! Tom and Barbara met me and opened up so that I would have pants to take on my trip. The hemming had not been completed yet and Tom did that right then while I waited! I have never had such great service and they were so gracious and kind on a day that I felt like a huge idiot. They helped like it was nothing, but it was everything to me. I can't imagine what I would have done otherwise, but thanks to them, I don't have to! Thanks again, Tom and Barbara!!!
If I could give a zero, I would. We have given this cleaners multiple opportunities over the to correct errors, but they seem to never get any order right and then they don't have the since to honor their own coupons. The staff is totally oblivious to the concept of customer service. Even when we point out specific issues, such as spots on clothes or instructions of "NO CREASE" on pants, they just ignore you and do what they want. Pants are creased and no spots removed.
HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! APPALLING! They used to be pretty good until early late 2012/early 2013. It seems they got a new cleaning staff and they continue to rip off my buttons, crease my shirt all over the place, and leave starch marks. They take it back and redo it for free but it comes back just as bad or worse. I recently paid $70 for my clothes to be dry cleaned and had to come up and launder everything myself and iron it because I was leaving the country the following day. Furthermore, a lady next to me started looking at her clothes because she saw how bad mine were and found a huge hole in her $200 sweater. Best of luck to anyone who dares to put their clothes in the hands of the inexperienced people.
