great facility, friendly staff and my doctor was very happy by the interpretations. Will go back for sure if needed!




I was first impressed, that you did NOT need an appt for a lumbar xray,( my father of 93 and I) so happen, need to have it done. I thought after calling main appt center and them telling me that appt wasn't needed, I still followed up with calling the Oviedo office to verify and they also confirmed that an appt was NOT needed, when arriving the NEXT day, they couldn't take my father (who was in pain of his back or I) because they were busy and with only one tech but would give me an appt to come back 3hrs later, that afternoon, when asking for the manager, for having us waste our time! She also made me aware that even as a manager she was not at liberty to change this "company" policy! I was really upset about it, what if I had taken a day off from work? What about if we were in a lot of pain going back and forth? This policy doesn't make sense and when getting there, they end up giving you an appt anyways! I would give them a 5 star if not for this policy... when getting the xrays, the one tech, attended us quickly and diligently, so we did not have to be in pain on the table more than what we had to. Though he was the only the tech, I was very pleased with his thoroughness, his bed side manners, cleanliness of the place and privacy to undress into clean hospital dresses before procedure.
