Ovie Nails

I went here on Friday for sns nails. Johny was the tech who attended me. Did my nails and charged $40 with tip extra. My nails started chipping off after 48 hrs. I went back to let them know what happened. He would not even look at me. The lady at the counter told me to go to him and show the nails. I was hesitant to go as he was attending a client and didnot want to disturb the client. But the lady insisted me to go there. When I went there he held my hands without even cleaning his hand with all the dust from the other client and said something to the lady sitting at the counter in his own language. Jhony speaks English but didnot say a word to me and asked the lady to tell me to come back at 5 pm as he is busy. This lady do not speak much English. At least he should have talked to me and asked me to come back at 5 pm I can understand. I came out of the shop and thought of talking to the owner of the place. When I called , Johny picked up the phone and will not let me speak at all and said that" YOU ARE NOT QUEEN". He didnot give me the owners number and asked me to call back next day and hung up the phone. Worst kind of behavior from the Person who should take care of the client. If I'm paying the money then I should be treated like a QUEEN.
I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.
I have to talk to the owner.

I had the worse experience at this nail salon today. I have been going there for over 5 months to the same guy (the owner) who has been doing my nails. Every time I had gone to him I took a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and showed it to him every time, and every time I left- it NEVER looked the way I wanted, and he would always has a excuse why it didn't look like the picture, so I wanted to try him one last time today and showed him a picture of what I wanted, again he made an excuse why it can't be that way. I pay over $30 for my refills every 2-3 weeks plus a $10-$15 tip and he could not get it right.



I have 2 young kids, full time UCF student and work full time, so when I go to him I expect him to do it right the first time. My time is very important to me-after 30 min of filling and sanding down my nails and not putting the right color on my nails he got mad and told me "am too picky".Don't go there and have a male do your nails. SAVE YOUR TIME and MONEY.

Loved this place initially, but after finding fungus under my fills with two different nail techs, I'm REALLY not happy!!! Will not be going back.

Tried this place for the first time today & loved it. Very nice & friendly people. Usually when getting gel nails you don't get the lotion/massage part too, only what's necessary to do the nails. Very enjoyable visit!!
