        Overall

        Very disappointing. After waiting half an hour despite having no patients ahead of me, Dr. Abusuwa told me exactly what I told them when I made the appt.- an abscessed cyst. Despite his knowing certain medical conditions I have that should have required extra precautions, he gave me an antibiotic prescription and referred me to a dermatologist. The following day I went to another Dr. who promptly recognized the potentially dire situation, gave me immediate treatment and made arrangements for me to be seen right away by and ear, nose and throat specialist. Besides being a waste of money and time, this was not good. Not good at all.
