I had a refrigerator that was leaking water onto my wood floor so I needed a service call today. When I first talked with Roxanna, she said the best they could do was tomorrow. When I explained the urgency of my situation, she said she would call her technicians to see if they could squeeze me in today. She called me back in about 20 minutes and said that Dave would help me out. He called me about 2 hours later and said he was on his way. He arrived and did an outstanding job of fixing the problem. Can I give zero stars?? Our dishwasher's pump broke in April 2016, which was covered by the extended warranty we purchased through Lowe's. Turner replaced it in April but it broke again in January, 2017. We called to make sure the part was still under the one year warranty we were told we had when we had it replaced. Lori from Turner Consumer Services said yes, it was a one year warranty. We scheduled a service call to have the pump replaced. The repairman said it could be the pump or the control board. He was there to fix it but did not know what it was??? The company said the pump only had a 90 day warranty not one year like we had originally be told. When we complained to the office, we explained that they told us it was a one year warranty on the part and the only reason we called them to fix it was because we were told is was under warranty. We would never had called them to fix it otherwise. We told them who told us the warranty for the part was one year and the person we talked to wanted to know who and when we called as "they had no record of the call". We explained we wanted a refund of the service fee as we were told it was covered under warranty and they said no. They were rude and had no customer service. Obviously they never fixed the problem in April or it would not have broken again less than a year later!! Then they called a few days later to "repair our dryer"??? We called back and explained they were calling the wrong person as we had never called them to fix our dryer. They cannot even keep their records straight of who to call. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company for anything!!! I believe they should have refunded us the money as they told us it was covered. They were rude and have no customer service skills. These people have earned their low star rating. I have a fisher paykel dishwasher and called turners out because they were listed on fisher paykels website. After waiting a week to get them here, they diagnosed the problem then ordered parts. Another week wait (2 weeks now), they didn't get all of the parts they needed. Im now entering week 7 and they have not fixed it, I have spoken with them multiple times and they could care less about the lack of responsibility on their part. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they will not take care of you. I would recommend Factory Direct Appliance Service for any of the brands instead of these guys. Their management staff is oblivious and not respectful to customers and quite frankly all need to be replaced based on my conversations with them. If anyone from Turner's top level management would like to contact me I would like to tell them my story.
Recommended by Whirlpool to repair my 2 month old gas range because one of the burners would not ignite. Turner's misdiagnosed twice and installed 2 unnecessary parts. After a month and 3 service visits, finally diagnosed as a loose wire by the control knob "probably caused by the range being shipped from the store to my home". A lot of time and expense wasted for a very simple fix
I called everyday appliance to fix a stove at one of my tenant's houses. They set an appointment between 9-12. My tenant took off work so she could meet them there. About 12:15 the tenant called, while I was on vacation and they had neither called nor showed up. I called them and they had completely forgot about the appointment. She said they would send someone out within a couple hours and call me back to let me know it was done. I received no call back and then didn't go out until the following day. On Monday when the called for payment, supposedly the guy said he was giving me 10% off. I guess $16 is appropriate for wasting my tenants entire day and making me deal with a furious tenant while I was on vacation. Wish I would have seen this ad first. They will give 15% off for finding them on this site but only 10% for not showing up or even calling to reschedule. I would never do business with this company again
Great, friendly service from a clean cut, well educated technician. Prices were reasonable and quoted up front with no hidden fees. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

They showed up within an hour and had my washer and garbage disposal working within a half hour. Their price was fair and I will call them again.
